"A Cabin by the Pond", also known as "Moose Munch Cabins" is only one mile from Soldotna in a secluded forest setting and directly across the road from the famous Kenai River.  We have six cabins for rent within walking distance to a no-fee public access to the Kenai River.  The grounds consist of five beautiful modern cabins and an authentic Alaskan  lodge cabin for rent, an artesian water-fed pond and a wedding chapel,  which  makes a great gathering center for our guests.  We also have Wi-Fi, ample parking, freezers to store your catch, a community fire pit, and picnic areas.  Come join the Moose Munch Bunch!
