"A Cabin by the Pond" is located about 1 mile from Soldotna and across the road from the Kenai River. The Kenai River is world famous for its outstanding salmon industry and boasts the largest King salmon caught by a sport fisherman. It weighed 97 lbs. and was landed about 4 miles upriver from us.
