All reservations require a 50% deposit if placed more than 30 days prior to arrival.  A 100% deposit is required if reservations are made within 30 days of arrival.   No smoking or pets please. Guests 10 years old or less: no charge.   A 3% tax will be added to your stay.  

Deposits are fully refundable (minus the 6% credit card fee) up to 30 days before arrival.  There is no refund within 30 days of arrival unless the cabin is re-rented. No refunds for early departures once you check-in. 

We accept a personal check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express for the deposit.  The balance is to be paid by Credit card or cash at check-in.

Off Season (May 1 - May 31st) and (September 1 - September 30)

$149/night for up to 2 guests (additional guests/$15 each)


Shoulder Season (June 1 - June 30th) and (Aug 15th - Aug 31st)

$169/night for up to 2 guests (additional guests/$15 each)

 

Peak Season (July 1st - Aug 14th)  

$199/night for up to 2 guests (additional guests/$20 each)

 

No smoking in rooms, designated smoking areas. Pets are allowed only on approval in select units. Not during prime season. A $25/night pet fee is applied on approval of pet. Guests 9 years old or less: no charge. A 3% tax will be added to your stay.  We require a 2-day minimum unless it fills a one day gap between existing reservations.
