All reservations require a 50% deposit if placed more than 30 days prior to arrival. A 100% deposit is required if reservations are made within 30 days of arrival or for all one night reservations.
Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days before arrival. There is no refund within 30 days of arrival unless the cabin is re-rented. If the cabin can not be re-rented, a full credit will be issued for a future stay to be used within one year of the original reservation. No refunds for early departures once you check-in.
We accept a personal check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discovery for the deposit. The balance is to be paid by Credit card or cash at check-in. For a downloadable version of the rates, click the "Word" document icon at the bottom of this page.
